Today, each couple can choose the cake that's perfect for their wedding, and today, you will find that perfect cake at Asali Desserts.
We know how important your wedding cake is and take individualized care in every cake created. We have built our reputation on exceptional service and exquisite cakes that are moist and delicious. From pictures, sketches or ideas, we will custom create your unforgettable wedding cake whether you are dreaming of a simple, elegant or whimsical design.

Consultation
We provide complimentary consultation, which we recommend prior to contract signing. During your consultation, we would be happy to review design ideas, provide samples and discuss any special requests and pricing. Please feel free to provide us with any pictures, color swatches, theme ideas that can aid in the final design of your cake. Once you have agreed to a design, we will provide you with a formal contract.
Pricing
Pricing for wedding cakes start at $3.50 per serving for buttercream icing and $4.25 per serving for specialty cakes and icings, such as rolled fondant and ganache. Final pricing will depend on design and any special decorations, such as sugar paste flowers.
A refundable deposit is required on all cake stands, displays, plates and columns. All items must be returned within 4 days of your wedding in clean and good condition to receive your deposit.
Delivery
Delivery and setup of your cake is available at a rate of $25 for Apex, Cary and Raleigh within 30 miles. Delivery outside of 30 miles from origination will be charged $25 plus $1 per mile (one way). Mileage is calculated using MapQuest and/or Google Maps.
Deposit
A signed contract and a 50% deposit are required to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due at least 10 business days prior to the event date. You are allowed to make changes to the design, flavors or number of servings 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.

Our specialty cakes are custom designed to your specific theme or occasion. Asali Desserts is passionate about creating distinctive and unique designs that are sure to "wow" your guests. We are dedicated in providing our customers with the highest quality cakes, and we do this by using only the best and most fresh ingredients. We take immense pleasure in knowing our customers are satisfied.
We are always up for a challenge, so do not hesitate to call us! We prefer a 2 week lead time, so early reservations are appreciated.
Delivery
While it is generally not a problem for clients to transport small cakes, self-transporting any cake is at your own risk. We do not recommend clients self-transport 3D/sculpted cakes, cakes over 2 tiers tall, or any cake traveling more than 30 miles. Asali Desserts will not be responsible for any damage that may occur to any client-transported cake once it has left our possession.
Delivery of your cake is available at a rate of $15 for Apex, Cary and Raleigh within 20 miles. Delivery outside of 20 miles from origination will be charged $20 plus $1 per mile (one way). Mileage is calculated using MapQuest and/or Google Maps. Keep in mind that the delivery charge takes into account fuel cost, time, and proper transport of your cake.
Please schedule your delivery at time of order not to accrue any additional charges and to check for delivery availability.
Payment
Because all of our cakes are individually priced based on complexity and design, we do not have a standard price list. We require a minimum of $75 on all of our specialty cakes. Due to previous no-shows, payment in full is due a minimum of 5 days prior to event in cash or using PayPal.
